Customer access flow
Clinics request access with at least two owner identifiers. Owners approve or reject the request before records become visible.
1. Clinic requests access
Staff create a customer access request for the selected company and requested resource scope.
2. Owner reviews scope
The customer sees which clinic is asking and what records will be shared.
3. Grant syncs visibility
Approved grants update company indexes across animals, files, encounters, labs, and vaccinations.
